2023marked a major turning point for FINEPACK in our innovation and sustainability journey. As a leader in luxury eco-friendly packaging, we achieved significant success on the international stage. We expanded our presence in key markets, established strategic partnerships which significantly strengthened our know-how, and bolstered our team with additional talented professionals. These steps enabled us not only to grow, but also to consolidate our position as a pioneer in the industry.

2023: Expansion and new opportunities

For us, 2023 was a year of expansion and new opportunities. We expanded our customer portfolio in Germany, France and the UK, which contributed significantly to our growth and strengthened our position in the European market. This success was the result of intensive work and strategic investment in our international sales team.

We also successfully commenced the implementation of our largest order yet for an international customer, worth approximately EUR 5 million, with deliveries starting in 2024.This project is proof of our commitment to innovation and quality, something that sets us apart from the competition.

Financial stability and efficiency

At the end of the year, our CFO and I set up processes leading to more stable finances, higher profitability and improved cash flow. We cut in excess of CZK 10 million in costs, which will have a positive impact in 2024. These steps will enable us to manage our resources more efficiently and better respond to our customers’ needs.

Plans for 2024

Our goals for 2024 are to achieve turnover of around CZK 200 million and significantly improve cash flow by year end. We plan to focus significantly on Germany, France and the UK, which will constitute a major step towards further growth and expansion into other markets.

Financial resources

Our main long-term goal is to improve profitability and cash flow through systematic work. In 2024/2025 we will reduce our financial liabilities to a minimum. From 2026 on, we should be operating with a large financial surplus in the low millions of euros, which will allow us to invest in further growth and innovation.

I firmly believe that with these steps and the dedicated team of people behind our brand, FINEPACK can look forward to many brighter tomorrows and challenges successfully overcome, while solving problems the world faces today.
